A Athlon Tbird 800 overclocked as much as possible keeping it at a good temp, i'm not rich either so something affordable. Thx in advance

a FOP38 would be a good choice for that CPU.

The Millenium Glaciator got great reviews, although its somewhere in the range of $40, I think.

I'd go with a Millenium Glaciator. Best bang for the buck on that one.
