How is the Swiftech MCX370 Heatsink ??? For overall cooling for a second system. Found it local for like $24 Canadian which is like $15US no fan though, is it a decent performer and a good solution for some mild overclocking??

the ax-7 you have is better...id recommend sticking with it...the mcx370 is only decent compared to what is out now.

That's a pretty good performer as long as you use a fan w/ at least 33CFM.
check out the heatsink performance rankings at http://overclockers.com/

yeah I just need it to be a decent performer for some mild overclocking , this pc will become my wifes.
She wants it to be quiet any suggestions on a quiet fan?? Are the Zalman silent fans any good or is the best bet the Thermaltake Smart Fan 2 that has adjustability??
That is what I use on my setup, and I like it......
