Is it bad to have too much positive pressure in a case? I have 1 sunon 120x38mm 108cfm and 1 sunon 80x25mm 42.5 cfm blowing in. I have 1 sunon 42.5 and a PSU fan sucking out. 150.5cfm sucking in. and about 75 or so sucking out.
I think that this might be to much pressure and would increase temps.

yes, you should balance it some more. There is the debate on which is better, i think slightly positive, but thats me. It shouldn't be that great though. Get something around 50 cfm to blow out and you should see a nice improvement.

Slightly positive pressure with a filter over the intake. This keeps the case clean inside and stops that dust buildup on your HSF and other places that will raise temps in time.

Volume doesn't necessarlly = pressure yes you have positive volume but with all the holes in a modern case you would be supprised just how much would escape out of the holes and other places.
And besides I think you would need considerable pressure to actually generate a messurable heat from it (IMO)

well with the holes yes. But volume does equal pressure. Boyles law. P1V1=P2V2. Pressure and Volume are directly related. The more air in a static container, the higher the pressure.

I Recently removed my 42cfm fan from front of case, and my temps havent changed a bit.
All ive got now is 26cfm comin from blow hole ontop of case above socket, and my power supply blowin out.
Front fan wasnt doin nuthin besides fill my case full of crap.. try for yourselves... works fine for me
I figure there has to be round 40cfm gettin into case still anyway, or there be nuthin to suck out... (i did tape up all vents near top of case so all the air gets sucked in from lower area and up n out)
Negative pressure ROCKS...
