Hi all, another newb question here... In lots of posts I read about cfm, this is cubic feet per minute, right? How do people learn this about their fans? Is it in some manual or printed on the box or on the fan? Since my fans consists completely of the ones ripped out of old power supplies, I have no idea what they are. Is there some forumla or some method to calculate the cfm?

Thanks!

nope, most people know this by looking at what the company rates that fan to be at.

Most power supply fans are usually poor performers, they are normally of the sleeve type and aren't really designed for any major performance, most aftermarket fans will out perform the stockers.
