Heat Sink OFF

how can i get my heat sink off a Geforce 4ti 4600 with out messing up the chip? its like really glued or something to the chip HELP plz thanks

ummm.. nevermind......i got it, scared the carp out of me when it poped off but i got it, now how to get the gule off?

i always use acetone(nail polish remover) to get off the glue junk
