What kind of downloads SHOULD I be expecting? I downloaded some drivers from NVidia for a little and it went to about ~110 KB/S. I'm thinking I should be getting more than that. Is that normal or is their server just kind of congested or something?

That's pretty good, I have 1500/300 cable, and i consistently get 1480/290, and i'm not complaining.

ok... my max download for an extended period of time has been ~180KB/s. That seems about right. 180 x 8 = 1440.

Whoa buddy, I just got cable (1500/256) and I usually get >200 downloads from good servers.

hmm, well I'll try a non-peak time, I'm guessing my best friend (neighbor) was downloading something big :P

He told me he was getting d/l's 250k+.

i have 1500/128 cable and i usually get 1440/230 so im happy that upload is a little over spec :) but still b4 att went bankrupt i used to get about 4400/300 ... those were the times.. :D
