As subject says p4 1.8ghz @ 2.0ghz 110fsb thats all I did
to get 2ghz my temp didnt even change by a bit still 38c idle 43c full load that any good for the asus p4b with 256mb pc100 is it good for my first try?

yea seems good :), u have sdram on ur p4 tho? thats not a very good combo :( well u can slowly try raising ur speed if u want to get higher and add more voltage if it gets unstable just keep in mind not to overspeed ur pci or ur computer will start crashing a lot or break a pci card/crash hard drive

at the time of upgrade i only had the money for the p4b mobo n
p4 1.8a cpu and i got ram from old cpu 566 celery so you know that was a major upgrade lol 566mhz to 1.8ghz

welll when you do goto DDR or RDRAM you'll love that performance increacse :)
Major? Mine was a 500Mhz P3 to 2.53Ghz, a 2033Mhz increasement upgrade. :D
But PC100 RAM? That really slows your PC' down by quite abit...I think. :(

PC-100 can run @ 166Mhz+ but yeah still it slows u down so much :(

oh well ill just have to work with what i got till x-mas then get all new mobo ram cpu v-card :D
