Fan position on radiator

Is it best to have a fan blowing through a radiator or sucking the air out? Its going to be mounted at the top of my case with a high speed Panaflow fan.

I think u might get alot of mixed reviews on that But my personal opinion is it doesnt matter whatever works best for u

Generally radiators work best if air is sucket through them. I'm not sure why this is, but if you notice cars are setup the same way.
