While going on pricewatch I found somehting saying this under description:
Nanya 512MB PC2700 DDR comaptible with PC2100 Samsung Micron Infineon
That was for Nanya 512 mb pc2700. Anyway, I have Nanya Ram and I got it for like 40 bucks at fry's (pc2100). Well, since my system was open and stuff (actually it always is open.....) cuz i was taking out my video card for a reason ( http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=134065 ) and I decided to take out my RAM. This is pc2100 Infineon RAM. anyway, I saw the sticker that said "256mb pc2100 RAM. Warranty Void if removed" I figured, screw it, and took off the sticker. Under it, was another sticker that said "256mb pc2700. Warranty void if removed." I was like "Riighhhhtttttttttttttttttt.........." Are these two trypes of RAM different? All the RAM Chip things on the chip are stamped NANYA, so I was just curious about this. O ya, does anybody else use this RAM and how good is it being for you? Mine was running stable at CAS2 untill I totally jacked all the settings under DDR in my BIOS, but that is another story ( http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=134065 ).
Thnx.
P.S.-It is really hard yet fells good to type with a band aid on your right index finger. Kinda hard to use the scroll wheel on the mouse though.
