Ok well..I found that the resistor did indeed come from my ram...but I also found there is a 2nd, much smaller one that came of as well..that I cant find...I found where the larger one goes...but now I cant find the smaller resistor!!!

Well....I thought it was my heatsink scraping my mobo....but then I saw my ram, and my HS never touched my ram...but I borrowed a 256m chip....and I know this one works...and its still beeping at me!!
