Memory Timings

Can anyone tell me what the memory settings (failsafe, slow, Normal, Fast, Ultra, And Ultra2) actually are in MHZ? Thanks a lot for the help.

I don't think they indicate what MHz your ram is running at, but how AGGRESSIVE your memory timing is.

Sorry about that. I just noticed the memory section after I posted this. How does the memory become more aggressive? Thanks for the reply.
