Intel on RMAs.

I was wondering how Intel is on their RMAs my friend has a 850GB motherboard and it's having a problem of it not turning on all the time.

i heard that their cpu rmas are pretty good but i dunno about the mobos

I use Intel at the office all the time, before 30 days the vendor will rma, after 30 days, Intel will cross ship.

Sounds good but does it apply to both mobos and CPUs?
