id like some help in this area too. a friend of mine is in the marines and is stationed in japan. he has asked me to build him a computer but the shipping would be a killer. so if anyone can let me know where i can find online shops in japan it would be greatly appreciated.

I believe Ian uses FedEx now. For military folks overseas, USPS Priority mail is the way to go.
