What do you think

the new 512mb cas2 pc2700 corsair

or the cheaper (by about £30) samsung pc2700

Well what speed are you going to be running it at?

Running at spec of DDR 333 i'd say leave the corsair alone

Overclocking it, i'd say go for the corsair.

Buy the cheeper one ....Corsair XMS2700(witch I do also have) has Samsung chips in it....So go and buy a Samsung one but take a good look that the prinded circuit is ALSO Samsung......

Actually I think corsair switched to windbond chips?

In any case I would go with corsair. They test and select the fastest memory. Definatly good for overclocking.
