Which RAM is better?

Assuming I'm using Kingston memory using the same timings for both. Also, assuming I'm using it in a gaming server. Which is better? 512mb of PC133 SDRAM or 256mb of PC2700 DDR SDRAM?

The DDR stick will give you much better performance. That's why it's the newer RAM.

I thought server's needed more memory than a regular pc? Would 256mb DDR really outperform 512mb SDRAM for server use?
