TennMax BGA Cooler as a BX Cooler

OK well I have a few questions on this matter

1)After searching their page looking for a CFM rateing on this fan I couldn't find one. So if someone knows it let me know

2)Well why not just use a Thermaltake Blue orb which has a CFM rateing of 15. I know I have the room for it on my board and just about every board I have had has the room for it.

3)If the Blueorb sucks someone tell me but at the same time if the orb has better CFM rateing why not just save yourself $10 plus shipping.

But the one thing I wont question is that cooler is better.

The blue orb is a good cooler for a bx chipset.
If you have to room on your motherboard use it.

the blorb is a fine chipset cooler, especially for a northbridge or bs type deal. Not quite as great for a video card. But the blorb is one of the better thermaltake products.

So is their something better that might push more CFMs because the blueorb is going on my BX and I want to put something on my Video card cause it flat out sucks...I am hopeing by cooling it down will help the frameing right now I am getting a max of 28 if I am lucky
Plus I know the Celeron I have dosen't help but still

Also I am thinking about changeing my fan flow right now its going from front to back. I want to change it to blow out the front I am thinking about tubeing from the fan at the bottem and just sucking it all out the front because of the wall behind my comp I am afraid I might not be able to move as much air as I need to.
Oh yea can you take and plug in a fan backwards without burning the windings on the motor?
