Since this last pic, some stuff has been changed to the top.
That block is undergoing some re-designing, There is only about 4 of them around.

Thanks :) but I was thinking the same about Zymrgy's block, that's some pretty complex CNC work to do that. Especially considering the thinness of the channels in the copper part, easy to snap mill bits that thin, and correct me if I'm wrong but that was a thick piece of Lucite that's be milled down creating integral barbs?
I'd be interested to know what machine you are using to do that, (just edit your previous posting to abide by the thread rules) how did you graduate the transition from round input to X shape btw?
Some 1200 wet& dry > T-Cut > Car polish and doing it manually will get the top shiny quite easily, do it while watching TV or something
(this post can be deleted if need be if/when Zymrgy has answered via an edit)

I would post a larger pic of the WB in my avatar, but my bed beckons for me. Or is it the wife?
It is a very simple design, which took almost 5 hours to construct.
It has 3/8" copper flex tube, 2" of 1" copper pipe, one copper cap, and one piece of flat copper stock.
The trick in this block was installing a total of 15 pieces of 1/8"od copper tubing, 2" each, inside the copper tube.
each one is set in it's own pre-drilled hole, and then lightly soldered in place.
Performance is better than expected. On a 1700 jiuhb 0319, running at 2353 and 2.0 Vcore, temps were 33 idle, 39 load, 28 ambient.
This is my last WB called Hydrae. I made it with the cheapest colum drill i can find.
The used materials are electrolytic copper, brass and aluminiun 7075-T6.
