Best P4 cooler?

My friend has a dell and he wants to improve his cooling. Aside from adding case fans I told him he should replace the hsf with a better one. What should I suggest to him?

Hi,
The best air cooler possible for a P4 or Amd is Swiftech Mc462-A but you need to check if on the Mobo there are 4 hole around the Cpu socket to fix it, coz have this different kind of retainer.
Probably other guys can suggest you other Hsf more cheaper, infact Swiftech costs a lot of money but is like a Ferrari, you know :-)

Onestly i can suggest you also Millenium Glacietors made all of copper, seems to be really another great cooler, but i don't know more :-)
