coding question...

im not sure where i would put a question like this, but this is probably the best place. anyway..

im trying to setup a system on my website that would be similar to theforumisdown.com where you can submit pictures to be hosted, i can prune it myself, since it will be for a small forum. and a couple overclockers if need be (but i dont have bandwith like that to support you guys lol)

any help would be appreciative.

Use PHP, and either write a script or download a free one off a php site. There's a ton of those out there, so take your pick, really.
