C/W of the GlobalWin FOP-38

Does anybody know it? The closest that I can come to a similar hsf is the CAK38, but that one'll be off because its all copper, not all aluminum. Can somebody help me out?

According to GlobalWin, it is supposed to yield .71c/w, which is ludicrous. It does a lot better than that with the YS Tech 26cfm fan, no pad, lapped and with AS.

I would put it somewhere around .30c/w

Hi, according to Joe's test results here (http://www.overclockers.com/articles351/), the FOP-38 has a C/W rating of 0.38 .
