Watts a cpu radiates? huh?

I just wanted to know how i figure out how many watts my cpu radiates. I have a 1ghz Tbird with nothing oc'ed and my voltage settings are
Core 0: 1.81
Core 1: 0.13
3.3: 3.58
5.0: 4.97
12.0: 12.28
-12.0: -11.94
-5.0: -5.05
