X-gamer vs. Soyo onboard

is getting the audigy x-gamer worth the extra $85 or should i keep the Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Plat. onboard sound?
note:i would get a Waterblock for my GF4 ti4200 if i didnt get the X-gamer.
