my findings on 1066

I thought I would put this out there for anyone deciding between Samsung and the Kingston 1066 rdram. I first tried the Samsung and I could not even install the os with the system set at 1066, but did fine set on 800, although it is not what i paid for. I called the iwill tech guys and I couldnt even finish my sentance before they knew the problem was with the Samsung memory not being stable, so they suggested the Kingston rdram.

Tried the kingston, and everything runs great.

keep in mind that samsung pc800 runs like 1066 does. I have samsung pc800 and it works great. But i guess if your sys isnt owrking, then theres nothing i can do.(or you for that matter)

Common rumour has it that Samsung is usually much better than Kingston though... maybe it's too soon to draw firm conclusions.
