I have a 256M stick of PC3200 TwinMOS. Actually I'm posting this from the machine using it (rig #3). It's rated for ddr400 at cas2.5, but I ran memtest for about an hour at 195mhz cas2 with all the lowest timings including 1T CMD rate with an msi kt4 ultra and an aircooled unlocked xp2000+. I also ran a 512M stick of mushkin level2 pc2700 ddr with identical bios settings and it worked fine.

To compare the two different sticks of memory (mushkin and twinmos), the twinmos has the same if not better overclock ability than the mushkin, but you can run it at default voltage without heat spreaders. I give it a thumbs up.
