Does the speed of your RAM dramatically effect 3dmark scores? I mean, i have 512 PC2100, but if someone had 512 PC2700 would they score much higher? I mean, i know it relys mostly on yoru cpu and gaphics, however is memory important as well?

Memory

Memory latencies and FSB affect 3dmark scores pretty significantly.

There's no difference between PC2100 and PC2700 if they're run at the same FSB and timings.

ditto.

The memory TIMINGS in the bios have a rather large affect on 3DMark Scores. The memory speed in MHZ doesnt. Try setting your memory to "Turbo" in the bios. Even crappy DDR can usually run at this setting if your FSB is stock. Really good memory can run at Turbo settings even when OCed.
