T1 Command?

I was looking at the site in the sticky, but they didn't seem to touch upon this. in my BIOS, there's a memory option for T1 or T2 command. What does this mean? mine is currently T2. should I set it to T1? What would that do? Thanks.

I mean 1T and 2T. I had that backwards.

From looking at some of the other posts around, 1T is preffered over 2T. I'd say it's like all the other timings for memory, the lower, the better. Try 2T, do a benchmark, then try 1T. see if there is a difference.

yeah, i knew 1t was better, i'm just not sure of the technical reasons behind that.
