ok, this question goes to ONLY those who use an LCD to play games:

questions:

1.) brand
2.) size
3.) games you play
4.) how you like it
5.) if you had to do it again what would you get?

so if you do not have one or are jaded and don't use one anymore please don't post how LCD's suck for gaming....

thanks!

Viewsonic VX series owners PLEASE post...

1.) IBM
2.) 18"
3.) War3 CS Sacrifice
4.) Colours are better, text more crisp, overall sharpness is better. Sitting in front of the screen for hours and not having the same effects as sticking your head in a microwave is also nice.
5.) Planning on 3X EIZO 685EX when it is released in NA.

Do you have probs with CRTs with your eyes? I have considered getting one b/c I dont want to hurt mine but I havent had any probs with the CRTs yet. Also, those flat screens are so damn expensive!! I could buy a really awesome vid card for a good flat screen!

Ouch, that is a lot, but those Apple Cinemas are sooooo nice. I only wish I could afford one, and wish I had a badass computer to hook it up to. Oh well, I guess I will have to live with my measly 15".

Yeah, I still have my 21" CRT that I used for 3 years. My vision went from ok to "can't see 3 inches in front of me." My eyes were also no longer round. The headaches didn't help either.

Yeah, LCD's are expensive. Not for everyone but if you want it you either shell out at least 1 large or don't bother. Low-end LCD's look horrid.

Apple LCD's are like Dell's. All rebadged and custom framed w/ an apple sticker.
