Thermal Dectors

I am thinking about buying a thermal dectector to show the temp of my CPU. Where exactly do i need to place the probe?

Crazy PC and many other places have the Compunurse or Enermax probe, Hoot did a detailed article on how to do this, if you email him, he'll send you a copy. The probe rests on the side of the core.
