Hey guys and Gals I am building a new system and purchased a Retail P4 2.53 Processor and wanted to see if I had a good stepping for overclocking this with a P4b533-E

its a b0 stepping, so you will have to try it out to see what it can do.:D

my costa rica sl682 is running rock solid stable stable @2944 1.675volts 30c idle 40c load w/alpha heatsink. had it running at over 3 and it ran prime 95 all night but it would crash to desktop in 3dmark, so i dropped it down a few. good processor, i think mine was boxed 9/2?/02, probably the same day. good luck

I have the feeling the initial C1 sightings have slowed down somehow... so far we've only seen a couple of 2.4B's...
