Opinion Needed: Video and CPU

Hey all. Recently burned out both a video card and an XP1800. Planning on replacing them in the next few days. Here's what I currently have in mind: Albatron GeForce4 MX480 with DVI, TV out, and an AGOGA XP1900. I've got about $200 to work with and wonder if this is decent, or if I should check something else out. Shopping at Newegg, btw. Thanks!

Okay, decided on the Abit ti4200. Now, for the processor... Which would you choose: An XP1700 TBredA, or an AGOGA 1900? Thanks for the help!!
