Where is the Clock Generator Chip on a KT7A mobo?

Could someone tell me for sure where the Clock Generator chip is located on an ABit KT7A Motherboard? I want to attach a heat sink to it, but I want to make sure I am attaching to the correct thing! Thank you for your help!

I believe it is the IC right next to the CPU with the crystal, towards the memory slots. Put your finger on it. If it's cooler than your finger, like mine, why heatsink it?
