Any differince betwen those two, beside price?

They're the same thing except for one thing. Newegg's is OEM, Googlegear's is Retail. I just ordered a module of 512MB XMS3200 CAS2 from them to replace my XMS3000. C2 means the CAS latency is 2 rather than 2.5 so you can run it at the tighter timing even when at 200MHz

They are the same; however, googlegear's is retail and cheaper and newegg's is oem and more expensive. They both have good reputations but Newegg's is better. The retail stick has a lifetime warranty also.
 
I don't see anything different besides one being OEM and another being retail, get the retail one.
