pelt question

i was wondering if i hook up this pelt, does it always have to be on, or can i turn it off when idle?...also should i turn it on at the same time as the computer when i startup???

A peltier, if off, is an insulator......so if you trun off your pelt when idle, you'll fry your CPU.

well i hooked it up outside my system and my power supply doesnt work unless you smash it on the ground really hard... so now i need a new power supply!
