What is a bong, how do they work, and how do I build one. Is there any articles here in OCS.com about it? I just want general Info about them.

yes, there are tons of articles on the front page in the water cooling section about this. It is a cheap solution to the radiators that are sold online. The titles will have something like bong cooler or evaporative cooler in them.
