P4 cooling requirements... need some advice

I will be building my first P4 box soon. So far, by all accounts, it appears the P4 is a rather cool operator. Would the stock intel hsf work or should I invest in something more? All the OCing reviews I have read said their memory stopped before they could touch the max on the chip (and any heat generated became an issue).

hmm, interesting thought. I would give the retail a try as Intel's hsf seem to do an ok job with overclocking. I would really wait until a great P4 cooler comes out too.
