Moding heatsink to Mount Peltier's?

I want to put Peltier's on my dual 700's, how would you guys recommend that I mount it?

2mm Peltier + 3/16" cold plate + alpha PEP66 heatsink

Any suggestions as to how this could be accomplished correctly and effectivly?
