If it's a low speed T-bred that's true but i haven't seen any so i bet it's a Palo core which runs at 1.75 but hey if it's stable at 1.6v then it's just running cooler.

The stock vcore for a tbred is 1.6v. It's 1.75v for a palomino.

You mentioned XP in your post so that's a Palomino core which has a 1.75vcore default. I'm a little confused on this T-Bred vcore thing but I'm assuming, someone who has a T-Bred current most likely has a T-Bred A which has a default vcore of 1.5? The T-Bred Rev. B's aren't due out for sometime according to Ed's article sometime ago.

I can only confirm what is a bove... t-bred is low voltage, palomino high voltage..

But I have my own way of defining the PU's... if its scorching, its a palomino 1.75, if warm, its a t-bred...
