AMD have updating their roadmap including the latest codenames for their upcoming 0.09 technology incorporating SOI - namely Athens and San Diego.

LOL!!! What's up with the city names all of a sudden? mobile chip is gonna be called Odessa? wtf? I much rather suggest some other name than names on known cities in the world. But Athens sounds ok as its pretty similar to Athlon in the first 3 letters

Athens would be more fitting. San Diego sounds like a prerelease codename.

I was thinking along the same lines as The Coolest. Athens because it's sort of a follow up to Athlon ;) San Diego just sounds weird for a chip however it wouldn't sound so bad in an abreviated form: SD 3 GHz @ 3.7 GHz.

Athens sounds ok. OR they can call the next cpu the
AMD Maxima 4GHz processor. LOL!
