TEC power supply for newbie

someone relly needs to do a guide on tec psu's. I thought i got the jist of amp/watt/volt stuff until i started looking for a psu. Does anybody know of a guide that explaines exerything on psus for tecs. please help

Basically, find one that meets the IMax (amps) and VMax (volts) for your TEC. Supposedly, pelts work best at 85% of their listed VMax. What else is there to know

You should also know that you can short the pelt a bit on volts but not on amps.

That helps a lot. I couldnt find a psu that fit the volts but most of them fit the amps thanks
