But $700 for a Case? You could probably get around 1.8 with a 172watt TEC and some good h20 cooling as long as you have yourself a fruitful CPU

As good as the Vapochill is.. nothing matters unless you got a good cpu. To acheive those speeds its all about luck of the CPU. A goot peltier and water cooling setup could handle all that.
