If I try and set memory settings to a faster setting, I corrupt my system registry. My Memory is a 512mb strip of Samsung DDR 2.5.

Any suggestions? In Sisoft sandra Memory benchmarks, I am getting about what a Strip of PC2100 gets.

Do I have some bad memory?

I get 12,800 points in 3Dmark 2002.

Can you increase the memory settings at a fsb=133? I assume you're running 140 from you sig when you're having this problem. Did you increase your memory voltage, Vdimm? At a fsb=140 you might have to do that.

I finally got it at 2-2-2-6. I did that by setting the memory settings to default SPD, instead of user defined. So far I have no registry errors or corruptions. The memory is running at the speed of PC2700 acoording to Sisoft Sandra.
