Hi!
I just downloaded Folding@Home but it keeps saying, could not get ID from server, retrying. I am a brand new member and would like any help possable.

hey there, what client did you download? do you use a firewall or proxy?

it is possible that it just cannot connect at the moment, but usually there is no problem getting an ID but it can happen.

NAS he got the GUI. He PM'ed me (he is my friend) and I think he can fix it now. :)

Edit: OPPS!!! i frogot to.....

I recurited him and oced his computer.

ARGH! It is cj right now and he has compuserv! Compuserv is stoping it from working. It won't llet ie open a page and it won't let folding get a connection. :temper:
