Thermosonic Thermoengine retaining clip broke..what next?

Hi , the contact with cpu was not in the middle of this HSF , so i tried to adjust the clip and after 1hr i broke it >( Grrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhrhrrh . Now waht about the Heatsink? is it useless? can I buy the clip anywhere ? I'm in Hongkong .

Can You use paperclips to brew up a new way to hold it down ? I'm not fimilar with the HSF but I know paperclips can work wonders. They worked for me.
