First, do TEC's and pumps require PSU different from ATX power supllies such as Antec, Sparkle etc?

Second, can someone post a link to some power supplies that would be good for running 226 Watt pelt, an 80 Watt pelt, a pump, and maybe some lights?

Is there anything I shoul be careful of when picking out a PSU for these devices?

get yourself a couple of decent atx power supplies diode islolate the 12v side on each and run them in parrallel. thats the cheapest best way to power the pelts

I think most pumps you are going to want are AC powered with their own cord. However you can rig a relay to turn on your AC powered pump when your Power Supply turns on. I have that setup.

Mean Well S-320-12 12V, 25A switching power supply (http://www.cooltechnica.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=C&Product_Code=MWS32012SPS&Category_Code=PS)

Your pump is gonna be run off A/C and you won't need a "special" power supply...because unless you're buying the $90 12v water pump from CPU Fx, you won't need to hook it up to one.

Cheap + Peltier = bad waiting to happen
