I know of two options other than air. Water and Liquid N2 are your main options. So for practicality, lets say Water. I would get a dangerden kit from http://www.dangerden.com and either an Eheim or Danner Pump.

peltier is worth a try. although it seems hard to install it offers a vey good cooling performance. water cooling is another option but i don't really know much about it. why don't you want to use air cooling?

um...heh....air cooling is a good thing to do if yur cheap like me :D and can withstand the noise, i personally AM NOT going to mess with electronics and water lol....so no peltiers for me! i can tell ya though a really good hsf is the cak38 and the already on thermal compound isn't bad at all! im using it now and i get awesome temperatures, delta fan and 100% pure copper OH YEA!!! and plus fans look cool in yur comp, good luck with yur comp dude!

Since you are going to be using the Abit KT7, might I suggest adding this site to your favorites, you will be glad you did.
