i want to replace the greenie with a better heatsink because it gets really hot. i'll put a little fan on it too. but how do i remove it? it has a plastic clip on the side and i'm afraid that if i use force to get it off my mobo will brake. any suggestions? thanx

Simply snip the plastic off. You can get plastic push pins from any PC store. Then lap the heatsink and use some A/S2.

The best way is to take the MB out of your case and use something to push on the round nylon clip using something round helps not to cut into anything on the MB if you slip, I used needlenose pliers and pulled on the top side of the clips moving them back and forth until they came out, others have had luck using dyke's and then cutting the end off the clips and then the nylon pins gently come out, either way its best to take the MB out to do this, remember to use precaution against static electricity.
