Static??

Ok, I'm building my next comp. inside of a plastic fuel can from wal-mart. You think there might be any static that might make my mobo or anything else act oddly? If so then any ideas on how to lose the static or prevent it from getitng to my mobo or other stuff?

Welcome to the forums.
You will probably have to worry a bit about EMI(electromagnetic interference) and RFI(radio frequency interference), so you'll have to have some sort of metal shielding, your mobo should be grounded. and you might want to find some ferrites to place on your cables and wires. Make sure you place your box a ways away from your monitor.
