Ok recently i've got interrested in in water cooling. I've been looking around at kits and found this one (http://becooling.safeshopper.com/3/55.htm?876) My concern is that the pump might be kinda small (120gph) And what do you think about the reservior? Also what about the maze 2 kit (http://www.dangerden.com/mall/kits_pumps.asp) Any reviews of the complete kits would be great. thanks

Ok just checked out the review on front page under watercooling. .13 c/w is pretty good for the price. This is defiently going to be at the top of my upgrade list. :)

dude dont buy a kit, build it your self. Get a maze-2 a decent pump (eheim or danner) and a heater core and your set with a great cooling setup. But if you relly relly want a kit and wanted to waste your money go for the danger den kit. Ive never heard any thing bad about the den and they have always had the best water blocks.

I'd definitely go with the DD kit. It comes with the best available water block, one of the best pumps, and the radiator is one of the best for a small space. If space isn't a concern I'd agree that a cheap heater core would be better.

Check out my write-up http://www.overclockers.com/tips505/ . The only thing I would change is the block. Get the Dangerden Maze-2 instead of the BECOOLING.

Definitely DO NOT USE THE WATERBLOCK FROM BECOOLING! Get the Dangerden waterblock. I've lost 2 cpu's from that becooling waterblock because it ripped the tabs off the socket and fried both tbirds I had. Get the dangerden because it uses the 4 holes around the socket to mount to the motherboard and will not damage your cpu.

Sorry about the shouting, but I'm without my PC now because of this waterblock, waiting for an rma on my tbird (hopefully) and waiting for my waterblock before putting the whole thing back together.

P.S., the other parts of the becooling kit are nice, and I fit them all inside a mid-atx case perfectly.

What that means is that you overtightened twice. If you had learned from your first experience than this wouldnt have been a problem. BE Cooling has a $10 upgrade for their waterblock to a similar system that Danger Den uses.

I agree that I overtightened, however there is NO way to tell how tight it should or should not be. I bought the aquastealth and it had the slightly older block with elbows that wouldn't work with the upgraded mounting clamp.

Dangerden blocks mount with springs. It is possible to get the same preasure every time by measuring how much the springs are compressed. The springs also prevent you from crushing the core if you don't tighten evenly like what would happen in a solid mount. One thing I do to make it easier is replace the nuts that hold the block down with brass thumb screws. This makes it much easier to work with.

Go with the Maze2, the best block out there! The Swiftech MCW462 is also very nice but the Maze2-1 is just the most flexable block out there.
