Where can I get some of thid stuff-Got some ram heatsinks and plan on putting them on my geforce2 pro

You would be better off using thermal adhesive. It cost more, around 15 bucks but it will work better. 2CoolTek (http://www.2cooltek.com) sells both, but I highly recommend that you go with Artic Silver thermal adhesive.

where do you get A.S. thermal adhesive? I didnt know they made it!

i think pcnut has it for 8 or 9 bucks you can also use regular epoxy and radioshack thermal paste it would be better than frag tape. all you do is get some 5 minute epoxy and put a little on each corner of the chip and then smear some thermal paste in the middle and put your sink on and then put a little weight on it for about 30 minutes or so. its much cheaper and works very well
