well i was at work the other day and a guy brought some plexiglass in he wanted to beadblast...he had had a sticker made with the volkswagon symbol cutout and he then applied it to the plexiglass. he beadblasts it and now he has his plexiglass cover for his subwoofer. so of course i was like hey i can use this....anyway here was the result the pic is bad but in real world it looks okay

Yea, bead/sand/whatever blasting is the preferred method of window etching, appearantly. I wish I had one....heh...

But it looks very nice....i used a dremel, there are a few spots around the edge where I didn't quite color inside the lines, heh.

who's lewis black? i know you guys are gonna rip me a new one for that but i have heard the name i probably know who you are talking about but i can't remember
..anyway thanks for the props all. i dig it. i like how i even got that little amd symbol.. took more work for that sheetmetal guy to put that on the gerber machine but hey i bought him a pepsi.. a deal is a deal...whenever i get around to it i am gonna put some blue paint on the frost and then wipe it with paper towel. clean up the edges. so ill have a blue hue to set it off.
